2017 WEF NYC Super Social Newsroom Study Tour

During our Super Social Newsroom Study Tour in 2016 we visited The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Mic., Huffington Post, Washington Post, TheStreet, Inc., Elite Daily, ProPublica, USA Today, Storyful, Pew Research Center and met with Jeff Jarvis at CUNY's Graduate School of Journalism.

Unparalleled Access to Top Newsrooms

Our Study Tours offer you coveted behind-the-scenes access to newsrooms, and the key people leading them, so that you can ask the critical questions and learn from their successes. In the image, our group is being led on a newsroom tour at the Wall Street Journal by David Biderman, VP, Creative Development & Insight.

Peer-to-Peer Networking

WAN-IFRA Study Tours offer you valuable networking with your fellow Study Tour participants - giving you a platform to exchange best practices in newsrooms with global contacts, and it doesn't stop just because the tour ends. Weeks after our 2016 Super Social Study Tour concluded, our participants were exchanging front pages of their newspapers announcing Trump's win, sharing the latest industry trends via our Whatsapp group, and are now visiting each other in their newsrooms around the world.
