    Four years ago the 30 years old legendary City Magazine Finland almost went bankrupt. Lavas changed the course of the company by saying goodbye to print and turning the focus 100% to digital. To achieve sustainable growth, the company started using agile and lean start-up methods. Now the magazine has 3m€ revenue. It is the fastest growing media company in Finland. And it is growing internationally by acquisitions and by innovating new services.
