This session will look at some of the best data-driven reports on Covid-19 from all over the world as a source of inspiration. You will also learn to access different data and information resources on Covid-19.

This session will equip you with digital tools and skills that can help you extract, process and analyze data related to Covid-19.

Tools: Find data/information with Google Advanced Search, data extraction with Tabula, data analysis with Google Sheets.

You will learn how to present your Covid-19 stories with a more engaging and visual-driven approach with different digital tools.

Tools: Data visualization with Flourish

You will learn how to use free digital tools to make simple online interactive maps that can help you to tell your Covid-19 story better.

Tools: Google My Maps, Flourish

Participants will be invited to book an hour-long coaching slot with trainer Keng, to discuss their Covid-19 assignments, related projects or their Covid-19 Data Challenge entry (see below). Slots will be available on a first-come-first-served basis and will have to be reserved online via the booking link participants will receive.
