Justin has over two decades of experience in content operations and a huge understanding of both traditional and digital channels. Previously European Director (Operations) for AOL Europe he has a track record of success in leading global product launches and business transformation.

Justin began his career as a journalist with roles across publishers as diverse as The New York Times, Conde Nast and News UK. He later spent five years agency-side leading the team which took BMW GB’s CRM and eCRm to award-winning heights. He helped direct the integration of Rover’s customer marketing programme into BMW AG and then consulted across a wide number of brands including RBS, Nat West, Mercedes and SKY.

Justin describes himself as a news junky and digital obsessive and prides himself on establishing and building teams focussed on growth. At IBT Media he is putting his substantial international experience and extensive knowledge of digital and traditional media to building and managing the fast-growing publisher’s eight core brands.
