En Hui is a CAIA charterholder.

    Yumiko Ono

    As Dow Jones' Asia Digital Editor, Yumiko Ono oversees the WSJ's video and social-media teams in Asia and is responsible to grow their audience in the region. She also assists with the overall management of operations across the Asia newsroom. Yumiko was previously Dow Jones' Audience Engagement Editor and, as such, she was focusing on social media, SEO and new content in order to make the WSJ stories reach a wider audience in Asia in English, Japanese and other local languages.

Before that he was Regional Director of NRK an Editor in Chief at Nordlys where he began his tenure woring as a journalist and news editor. Anders also worked as reporter and deputy CEO in Finnmark Dagblad and A-pressen's Oslo editorial office, and has been a correspondent for Dagbladet in Northern Norway. He is deputy chairman of the Press Academic Committee (PFU).

    Ana is Head of Digital Product Director at Prisa Radio, where she leads all digital product development in Spain and Latin America. She co-founded two start-ups: Cuonda and Tablet Army. Cuonda is a podcast platform for the Spanish speaking community, an initiative that has been awarded with GNI funding. One of Cuonda's productions, The Three Deaths of my father, received in 2018 an "Ondas" Award and on the same year it was regarded the Best podcast of 2018 by Apple. Ana has been also a Partner at Prodigioso Volcan, a consulting firm focused on communication strategies where she has led Digital Transformation projects for clients such as El País, Diario de Cuba or El Universal (Mexico).

    Ana obtained a BA at University of Navarra, and has been a Visiting Scholar for the Science Technolgy and Society Programme at Stanford University, and a Fellow at the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism (CUNY). She is also an Associate professor for Entrepreneurial journalism at the University of San Pablo CEU (Madrid) while leads the Spanish chapter of Hacks & Hackers in Madrid.

    Kate leads product marketing across Facebook’s portfolio of media monetization products across news and video, including products like Branded Content, ads in Instant Articles, and more recently our tests with Ad Breaks.  She works closely with partners and product teams to shape product roadmaps and bring products to market that help our content partners grow their businesses on Facebook.  Previously, Kate held roles at Facebook in Emerging Business strategy as well as Sales Operations for emerging markets. Prior to joining Facebook, Kate was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, leading teams to serve clients across media, tech and retail/ consumer packaged goods industries.

    Martha is one of Colombia's most innovative news executives. 

    She directed the redesign of the business newspaper, La República, as Strategy and Business Director, a project that later earned a Lápiz de Acero (Steel Pencil) Award. She subsequently led the renovation project at EL COLOMBIANO, as part of its 100th year anniversary, and created and directed the Strategy and Innovation Lab (ECOLAB), a position she has filled since then. In January of 2013 she was named Editor in Chief of EL COLOMBIANO, a multimedia brand with more than 104 years of history, always committed to social development.

    She currently serves as president of the INMA board of directors (International News Media Association) for Latin America and is also a board member of the Sanar Foundation, which benefits children with cancer, as well as the Secretos para Contar Foundation, which promotes literacy and education for rural families.

    She has been recipient of the Fe en la Causa (Faith in the Cause) medal awarded by the Presidency of the Republic; the “José María Córdoba” Military Merit, awarded by the National Army of Colombia, and she and her team have earned four major INMA awards, a King of Spain, and several SND awards for excellence.

    Miguel Henrique is the President and CEO of El Nacional, one of Venezuela's last standing critical media voices to the current regime. Since 2015, runs his newspaper in exile from Madrid. Venezuela's government is pursuing him for several politically motivated lawsuits and has publically threatened to jail him in case he returns to his country.

    Miguel Henrique Otero was born in 1947 and holds a Mathematics degree from the Central University of Venezuela. After doing a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, in the university, he traveled to England where he studied Economics at Churchill College, Cambridge University. On his return to the country, he began the extensive activity, both in the private and public sectors, which has continued until today.

    In what regards daily ​​El Nacional, Otero has been Managing Director of the newspaper, CEO and Chairman of the Board. He has also been vice president of the Bloque de Prensa, the main press association in Venezuela. He has been author and promoter of successive innovations: creation of sections and media outlets, who have always had the novelty category. In Venezuela he's recognized as the pioneer of the professional use of new technologies both in the journalism profession and in the management of media companies. 

    His experience and wide knowledge of institutions have been applied not only in his national daily, but also in business schools (IESA), not-for-profit organizations (Red Cross of Venezuela, Artisan Foundation Colonia Tovar ), human rights organizations (SIP/IAPA), cultural organizations (Ateneo de Caracas), international business associations (he's former President of Grupo de Diarios America, member of the Board of the Inter American Press Association and of the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers, WAN-IFRA).

    Armen Ovanessoff is Principal Director at Accenture Research. His focus is on global economic and business trends and he leads the firm’s research activities in Latin America. 

    Armen's opinions and research insights are regularly featured in economics and business journals and publications. His consulting has supported the development of international business strategies and operating models for Accenture and its multinational clients across industries. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at events on issues related to competitiveness and growth, with a regular presence in the media. His recent research topics include artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, productivity, collaborative innovation and economic nationalism.

    Formally based in London, Armen established Accenture’s research bureau in India which he ran from New Delhi; he also helped build the bureau in China and is currently living in Latin America, having set up the bureau in São Paulo, Brazil. His research often involves collaboration with academics and business practitioners around the world.

    Armen also helps manage Accenture's strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum, representing Accenture's point of view on global issues among leaders from business, policy and society. This covers a wide range of topics, including global trends in consumption, the digital economy, sustainable growth and innovation.
