LATAM Cultural Change Ignition Program 2020

The Cultural Change Ignition Program for LATAM News Publishers is an executive program which will provide its participants with insights and mentoring in order to activate internal cultural change within their companies. It is aimed at rising Latin American media leaders interested in upgrading their digital and management skill-set and wishing to positively guide their companies’ adaptation to the future.

Running from October 2020 to January 2021, this initiative will be composed of 7 top-level sessions that will bring together selected peers and global industry experts from which participants to interact and learn through inspiration, insights, tools, knowledge and roadmaps. 

Sessions will cover topics such as but not limited to: 

  • Organization change
  • Talent attraction and new roles
  • Data-informed companies
  • Audience relationship transformation
  • Management change
