Adrian has worked across Europe and Asia, building teams that combine data-driven audience insight with technology to create unique brand experiences that generate business growth. He has led teams both in-house as well as at some of the world’s largest media agency holding groups. In 2019, the South China Morning Post recruited Adrian as Senior Vice President, Audience Growth, to transform its marketing and events functions to better meet the expectations of an ambitious, global news publisher and to relaunch the digital subscription product. Adrian is a vocal and empathetic leader and he has a strong viewpoint on the right kind of people culture that colleagues can thrive in. He currently consults for businesses pursuing a transformation agenda, who are interested in achieving a better understanding of their audience and growing revenue opportunities.
