Thinking visually and crafting visual stories

Journalism, like several other businesses is experiencing unprecedented circumstances created by COVID-19 pandemic. The way the audiences consume news is seeing a sea change. Among other things, the average attention span of the audience is becoming shorter and the consumption of news in visual format is increasing exponentially. It is imperative for the publishers to embrace these changes and attract the audience in new ways in the shortest possible time.

This webinar by WAN-IFRA, supported by Learn with Facebook Journalism Project aim to help Indian journalists in updating their skills to suit the new working conditions and challenges. Participants will gain insights about thinking visually about content, making their stories discoverable and using tools to increase productivity.
