Ingeborg Heldal is the  Editor in Chief of KK, and Topp. She worked as a journalist in TV, radio and print and in digital publications for the last 14 years.

She was the Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan, and worked with many influencers. 

Ingeborg also hosts her own radioshow and podcasts. 

CEO, Tamedia, Switzerland

Christoph Tonini (CH/I/1969) has been Chief Executive Officer of Tamedia since January 2013. He joined Tamedia in April 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board. In recent years he has headed, among others, the Services, Newspapers Switzerland, Media Switzerland and most recently the Digital & 20 Minuten Division. He was also Deputy CEO from 2007. Before joining Tamedia, Christoph Tonini held various positions for Ringier between 1998 and 2003. Ultimately, he held the position of Head of Ringier Hungary and Romania. Christoph Tonini completed an MBA at St. Gallen University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, he completed an apprenticeship in offset printing and studied at the Swiss Engineering School for Printing and Packaging (esig) in Lausanne from 1990 to 1993.

Fiona McKinnon is an Independent Media Consultant with over 17 years’ experience in the Digital Advertising Industry.  Fiona’s experience is Global having built businesses, launched products and mentored teams across UK, Europe, Australasia and North America. 

Fiona has held senior Commercial, Product, Operations and Management positions in ad tech businesses including The Exchange Lab, Adconion, Agency Republic and Adviva Media.  

Fiona founded Turn Left Digital in 2014 and specialises in advising Publishers, Advertisers and Ad tech businesses on programmatic strategy, technology innovation, digital mentoring and new product launches.  Fiona currently advises as the General Manager of The Pangaea Alliance, a media collaboration between CNNIC, The Guardian, Reuters, Mansueto and Dennis Publishing.

Stefan Betzold

Stefan Betzold, 43, is Managing Director Digital at BILD, a subsidiary of market leading publishing house Axel Springer SE, overseeing the digital activities of Germany´s biggest media brand BILD.

Before joining BILD in 2009, Stefan was Co-Founder and Managing Partner at a digital media agency and worked in various leading roles at AOL and Bertelsmann. Stefan has 16 years work experience indigital media and holds a master degree in Business and Marketing.

SVP Consumer Marketing and Revenue, Schibsted Media, Norway

Tor is now SVP Consumer Marketing and Revenue at Schibsted Media, with responsibility for subscription revenue across Schibsted´s publishing brands. Tor has previosly had different positions at VG, VG Mobile, Aftenposten, and Schibsted Norway´s 4 subscriptions newspapers. Tor also has experience from Telenor, Deloitte and Nielsen. 

Director of Online Strategy & Business Development, Gazeta Wyborcza, Poland

Danuta Breguła is Head of Online Strategy at Gazeta Wyborcza, the largest Polish opinion-making newspaper. Recently, she was also appointed manager of Gazeta Wyborcza's marketing communications in digital.

She is responsible for the paid content and social media strategy of Gazeta, which reached 133,000 paying digital subscribers in 2017. Bregula is also in charge of Gazeta Wyborcza's Google activities and audience engagement.


Christian Röpke has been CEO of ZEIT ONLINE since 2009 and also of academics and since 2015. His focus has been on growing qualified reach and significantly increasing monetarization of ZEIT ONLINE. One of his priorities was the development of new business models and innovative products, for example ZEIT digital subscriptions and numerous classified ad markets.

Before he started working for ZEIT ONLINE in February 2009 Christian Röpke built experience in different media enterprises such as the Financial Times Deutschland. As Head of Electronic Media it was one of his core responsibilities to strengthen and further promote FTD’s digital activities.

In 2007 he switched positions within Gruner + Jahr and moved from FTD to Gruner + Jahr New Media Ventures.

Virginia Lavín Amirola is an editorial strategist for online and off-line media. She is the Editorial Director of La Factoría, the content marketing business unit at Prisa Noticias, Spain's leading news media company. The team creates multi platform owned media for major brands. Their strengths are high editorial standards, a thorough understanding of the online, offline and broadcast production and strong expertise in understanding the role of editorial content to create brand and company value.
Some of La Factoría’s international clients are: Netflix, Mazda, Siemens, Renault, Air Europa, Amadeus, and national: BBVA, El Corte Inglés or Aena.

Head of Paid Content, Ekstra Bladet - EKSTRA & Print, Denmark

Lisbeth Langwadt, born 1979, is head of the paid platforms of the Danish tabloid newspaper, Ekstra Bladet. She is in charge of the development of Ekstra Bladet’s digital paid subscription model, Ekstra Bladet+, which you find at – Denmark’s largest news site. Additionally, she is head of the print paper and a member of the Editorial Board and the Business Management Board of Ekstra Bladet.

She was the editorial lead of a team developing the concept of Ekstra Bladet+ which was launched back in 2013, and is now head of both the editorial and commercial departments of the digital subscription platform.

Ekstra Bladet’s newsroom organization has gone through huge changes the last five of years, and all functions and workflows are now ‘digital first’. Lisbeth Langwadt has been in charge of most of these organizational changes and has led a number of strategic product development processes during the years.

Lisbeth has a cand.comm degree in Journalism. She joined Ekstra Bladet in 2005 and has worked as a reporter, editor and managing editor.

Ekstra Bladet is part of ‘JP/Politikens Hus’ – one of Denmark’s leading media houses.

SVP, Technology & Ad Operations, IAB, and General Manager, IAB Tech Lab, USA

Before joining IAB, Gombert was CEO of Gombert Consulting, a full service digital media consulting agency and she is Founder and Co-chair for the IAB Programmatic Council.

Prior she was Head of Digital Sales and Strategy at Conde Nast and founder of CatalystDesk, Condé Nast’s digital media trading platform. Gombert joined Condé Nast in March 2013 from Google by way of Admeld, where she ran the trading desk, agency, and demand-side platform relationships and helped grow RTB from an idea to a killer business.

Prior to Admeld, Gombert worked at Right Media, the first online advertising exchange, where she focused on ad selection algorithms and market dynamics. Right Media was acquired by Yahoo in 2007. Her early career included stints with Nielsen, DoubleClick, and the finance world with JP Morgan Chase and Commerzbank. Advertising has allowed her to travel the world, and she has experience in international markets, including EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
