With 16 years in the publishing industry, he started as an editorial assistant for a fashion magazine under ABS-CBN Publishing Inc. Today, aside from being The Manila Bulletin’s Creative and Design Head, he is also its Lifestyle section Sub-Editor for Fashion and Beauty. Ilagan has a Communication Arts degree from the Loyola Schools of the Ateneo De Manila University.
